Cam Hodgson
Cam enjoyed a 30-year career in education, which saw him work with all grades and with graduate students at university. He worked in both public and private schools in roles including teacher, coach, Principal, Head of School, and Superintendent. Once he retired from that career, he was still intent on continuing to lead a life of purpose. Cam became the CEO of a consulting company which works with business leaders in a wide range of settings, facilitating their development and assisting them in building a culture of excellence. He was inspired by powerful leaders at an early age and began the quest to learn what makes an effective leader. This work has highlighted for Cam the need for all people to continually develop their leadership capacity and intentionally create for themselves purposeful, meaningful lives – no matter what stage of life they are currently in.
